The OptaServ monthly billing runs from the 22nd of the month to the 3rd of the following month. In the event that the start of the billing run falls on a weekend or public holiday, the billing run will commence on the previous workday.

Cancellations: Any cancellations done before the 15th of the month will take effect at the end of that month. Cancellations done after the 15th of the month will then only be effective from the end of the following month. Services cannot be cancelled if there are any outstanding balances on the account. The account must be settled first.

Package Changes You will not be able to make any package changes during the billing run. Any changes done during the billing run will only take effect at the end of the following month.

Yes, Pure VoIP is a cloud-hosted service, which means you can take your number anywhere in the world. If you have Fibre or Fixed LTE, then you can cancel your existing landline rental and port your number to Pure VoIP.

Existing South African landline number can be ported to Pure VoIP. Only numbers that start with 01, 02, 03, 04 and 05 can be ported to Pure VoIP. No Mobile Numbers and 086/087 numbers.
